Heavy Bleeding. Had A Pelvis Scan, Normal. Taking Siocare Syrup. Suggest?

i have heavy bleeding during menstrual for the first time (my age is 38) continuing for more than 6 days, Dr. has asked to do pelvis scan. The reading was ovaries are normal but the endometric thickness of uterus is 10mm thick and not cyst . But bleeding still continuing. Presently i taking Siocare syrub. Kindly tell me about my problem

Your heavy bleeding problem might be due to age related hormonal imbalance.You should consult your gynecologist. syp siocare is ayurvedic uterine tonic.
You might need tranexamic acid with mefanemic acid tabs with short course of hormonal pills like progesterone.
This problem happens often and can be treated successfully.
