Heaviness in head, dizziness, body imbalance, unable to hear loud sound after hitting head. Serious?

Dear Doctor, Last week my head got hit on a woodden pole heavely and feel heavyness on my head and feel diziness and a little less body balence also. i consulted a physician yeaterday and got medicines cataflam and Betaserc. I had it for two days, waiting for the course to complete, now also i feel dizziness and unable to hear loud sound. what i wound do? is it serious?
