Head Injury, Huge Lump On Head, Dizziness, Confusion, Mild Headache. Concussion Symptoms?

Hi, I recently was messing around on a swing set and I climbed to the top, I fell off and hit my head rather hard on the pole, back left side behind my ear. I remember everything but have a huge lump there. It didn t really hurt and I came out of it dazed and dizzy, slightly confused and very tired. Mild headache and sensitivity tonight and movement. Is this a concussion and can I go to bed because am very tired

Yes it is a cerebral concussion. It would be safe to get yourself examined and investigated in the ER by a surgeon. If all is well then you can take rest.
