Head Injury. Loss Of Balance, No Pain. Any Serious Problem?

hi yesterday in gym i was hurted by weight but that was not so intense it slighty touched my fore head in left side. that time n any effect. But today morning when i wakeup i fill that im not balancincing my self completely eventhough i wlk for 1 km and now working in office. can any seroius problem with me. no any severe pain in my head now. even i touch that part or press then also no any pain but im filling my head is revolving slightly...... can u suggest is it due to incident ......

Thanks for writing your query.

Difficulty in balancing the body after head injury usually occurs as a result of concussion injury.
You can recover in few days from it by complete and rest.
Rest should be proper - physical and also avoid watching television, computers and text messaging.

Although you have only one symptom of concussion injury, still you should get yourself examined and investigated by a Neurophysician.

Feeling of revolving head can be treated by taking Betahistine 16 mg two thrice a day after discussing with your Neurophysician.
