Welcome to HCM
I would like to suggest you to save your decayed teeth by RCT because posterior teeth are very helpful in mastication while go for extraction of wisdom teeth because they are vestigial & its impacted & causing damage to adjacent teeth.Get an IOPAR done of teeth & concern your dentist.
Also start with antibiotics as would be prescribed by your dentist for periapical abscess.

hi hina. U need to take following steps. 1.take antibiotics and analgesias so that ur periapical abscess around 2nd molar will subside.take augmentin 625 mg bd for 5 days, metronidazole 400mg tid for 7 days, ebility tid for 7 days, pantop d od for 7 days, betadine gargle for 7days 2. Then if the infection is not involving the fulcrum of 2nd molar and tooth is not excessively mobile go for rct of 2nd molar followed by ceramic crown 3. Impacted 3rd molar then shd be removed by sectioning of tooth
