SHORT STABBING PAING PAIN IN CHEST ( HIGH JUST BELOW RIB CAGE IN CHEST ) THIS STARTED TWO DAYS AGO - THOUGHT IT MAY BE WIND RELATED PAIN CAN GO AWAY FOR 3 HOURS THEN COME EVERY 10 - 15 MINS FOR SEVERAL TIMES PAIN IS NOW PRESSY-URE PAIN NO LONGER STABBING PAIN

Do an XRAY and ECG and review with your physician.Till then take analgesic it would give you symptomatic relief.
