Having Periods Twice A Month In Ten Days Of Interval, More Bleeding Compared To Regular Periods. Remedy?

Reaspected Sir..this month i hav got my periods twice a month after an interval of ten days nd there is much more bleedibg as compared to regular periods. i hav no medical issues at d moment and follow a healthy lifestyle and diet. i am sexually active..can yu please suggest me the possible causes of this unusual bleeding as i m really scared..thanks
