Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms can be caused by chronic intestines infection or some problem with food digesting due to inflammatory bowels disease or pancreas insufficiency.
Chronic intestines infection is caused by bacteria which remain in the intestines and spread in it so the regular bacteria are destroyed. This disturbs regular bowels movements and can give smelly stools.

Inflammatory bowels diseases (like Crohns disease) can also give bad smelling stools. Diarrhea is also characteristic. Blood in stool, weight loss can be also present.

I suggest you to visit a doctor and start with stool test and stool culture test. In case of infection, antibiotics should be prescribed. In case of possible inflammatory bowels disease, colonoscopy should be done.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
