Hi. My name Is Regina. I have taken 2 pregnancy test and they were negative. I started feeling real tired during the day and I fall asleep like I hadn't slept in days. I am craving certain foods and when I don't eat right away I hurt. I have a little nausea and my breast are sore. my last menstrual cycle was March 5. I only have 1 ovary and 1 fallopian tube.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

If you had unprotected intercourse during your ovulatory period, there is possibility for pregnancy.
But just by symptoms we cannot confirm or rule out it.
One side fallopian tube and ovary are enough to get pregnancy.
After crossing your expected date of periods you wait for 4 to 5 days and go for pregnancy test again or you can go for blood test for pregnancy now.
If the test comes negative, once go for blood tests for hemoglobin levels and thyroid profile to rule out those possibilities.
