Hi,
You seem to have severe hormonal disturbance causing the metropathic cycles. Polycystic ovaries, thyroid disorders, weight disturbances, stress, anemia and anything that disturbs the HPO axis can cause such a picture. You should be thoroughly evaluated before any treatment is initiated. I advice you to see an endocrinologist who will assess your hormonal status; also see your gynecologist for a local appraisal of your condition and to exclude any local causes for the bleeding. Meanwhile try to maintain your weight within the BMI range of 19-25 and avoid stress, eat healthy and do some regular exercise everyday. Wish you good health.
