I have analyse your symptoms and co-related them to think about yhe pathophysiology going on you. I am suspecting that most probably you are suffering from respiratory tract infection involving both upper and lower respiratory tract and sinuses. To diagnose properly you should do these investigations- (a) C.T.scan of paranasal sinuses. (b) X-Ray chest - P.A. view. (c) Culture and sensitivity of throat swab. (d) Sputum for Afb. After this a thorough examination of nose and paranasal sinuses, throat and chest and there clinical co-relation with inferences of investigations one can reach to a correct diagnosis and that may be plan for treatment.
