Have Severe Migraines For Which All The Test Have Been Done But Couldn't Diagnosed The Exact Cause. What To Do?

I had a CT completed to find why I was having migrains and they found No acute intracranial hemorrhage, midline shift or extra axial fluid collection. Ventricles and sulci are within normal limits of variation and the gray-white differentiation is maintained. Basilar cisterns are patent. Tiny posterior right maxillary sinus retention cyst versus polyp. Otherwise, the paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are unopacified. Hypoplastic frontal sinuses are noted. Bony calvarium is intact.

Is there anything I need to do?

HI
Thank fro asking to HCM
There is no special test available for Migraine this only done on the basis of clinical condition of patient and history, if your CT being done then it might have been done to clear the differentia diagnosis, if all the other differential diagnosis turns negative then it could said Migraine disease, have nice day.
