Have Post Ciotal Bleeding. Normal PAP Smears, No STD

yes i have post ciotal bleeding at times, its mostly very light now haven't had it heavy that i need to wear a sanitary napkin, my husband and i have been treated by my gyno to rule out stds and my pap smears are normal for the last two years . i am 41 years old .but the light bleeding is still happening. we are apart for at least 4 months each year.

Thanks for your query.
Post coital bleeding could have many causes like a cervical erosion, cervical lesion such as polyp or ulcer, endometrial polyp, vaginal foreign body etc.
Firstly, a per speculum examination is essential.
If the Pap smear is normal, a vaginoscopy, colposcopy and hysteroscopy also should be done to know the reason.
