Have Polycystic Ovaries, Taking Yamini. Is Five Litres Of Water Safe?
hello doctor..i am 22 years unmarried girl ...my height is 157 cms and i weigh 55 kgs...doctor i am suffering from polycystic ovaries...i am on yamini tablets and accutane, doxy l from 5 months...recently some unani doctor gave me unani liver tonic for cleaning liver...i want to ask can i take the tonic while on birth control pills...?????? also i cant reduce weight, no matter wht..i exercise daily and drink 5 litres of water daily...is this much water safe...??/ can i drink this much water daily?????? and can i take my tonic while on pills??????

It is better to only take the Yamini medicine. Yamini is a oral contraceptive pill. If you take the unani liver tonic along with Yamini, it may not act at all as Yamini will induce the liver enzymes and whatever tonic you take, it will be metabolized soon. Also, it is not recommended to mix two types of medicines.
You can consume as much water as 5 liters, it is not harmful.

hi welcome to hcm.see its ok u can take 5 lit water daily there is no harm on it.and also u take tonic while ur on birth control pills,but u have to do exercise regularly .on proportion to your height u h5kg have to lose 5kg weight.also complete 3 month course of oral pills then follow ur gynec instruction so u avoid further problem related to fertility in future.
