Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding sore throat and painless lump in the inner thigh.

According to your clinical history the sore throat, tiredness and lump in groin may be due to one and same pathology or different. This needs few investigations like-

1- Culture and sensitivity of throat swab.

2- Sputum for afb.

3- X-Ray chest.

4- FNAC from lump in thigh.

With the help of inferences of above investigations and their co-relation with clinical findings one may made the correct diagnosis that may be accordingly manage.

Regards.
