Have pain in neck and shoulder. Treatment?

I have a neck problem? It hurts me when I try to look to the right side or left side. Mt neck is stuck all the time. I have this problem for the last three years. Some times my neck becomes warm and I feel more Bain specially the upper side of my neck. Also I have problem with my shoulder . I am male and 30 years old. No other deceases or medical emergencies.

You might suffering from cervical spondylosis.I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician nearby for a detailed examination. You may get the X-ray of the cervical spine under his/her guidance to look for arthritis or other changes in your spine.
Your doctor after diagnosing the condition may refer you for physical therapy. The physical therapist will help you reduce your pain using stretches.
