Have Pain In Legs, Knee. No Medication Till Now. What Should Be Done To Recover?

Hi. My legs are. Painful most of the time..... when I walk my knees crack with every step when I'm siting down or sleeping I can not keep them in the same place for more than a few minutes because the pain is to much.. if I move my knees slowly they make a creeking noise... I love my job but im on my feet all day my life seems to be getting harder
