Hi, Welcome to HCM, After going through your history, you have suffered Tuberculosis i past and took complete treatment and improved. You should understand tuberculosis is chronic granulomatous infection and produces some changes in lung even after complete healing. Left angle obliteration is X ray finding and needs to be examined and confirmed by ultrasonography to see if there is any fluid or it is just thickening and fibrosis of pleural membrane. You should visit a Chest physician to confirm and discuss if any treatment is required. Regarding employment policy we can not comment anything. Hope this helps to understand the abnormality and take proper action. Take care. Good Luck. Dr.Akhilesh Dubey M.D.
