Have Multiple Fibroids. One Large Fibroid Pressing On Kidney, Bladder. Want To Keep Cervix And Ovaries. Starting Menopause. Hysterectomy Needed?

I have 4 fibroids and one is large pressing on my kidney and bladder. No bleeding from any of the fibroids. Do I really need a hysterectomy to risk damage to my organs. I want to keep my cervix and ovaries, my sister passed away from breast cancer at 43 and I do not want to take HRT or ERT and I am just starting menopause. Can my fibroids be taken out of the top of my uterus so I don't have to lose this body part. I am terrified of this surgery. Thank you.
