Have Itchy, Burning Rash On Chest, Shoulders, Arms And Hands. What Is It?
About a week ago I started with a rash on my chest. Little bumps . They itch and slightly burn. Now it is on my shoulders , arms, top of hands. Not really red unless I am in the sun. The sun makes it worse. They are more flesh colored raised bump clusters. Hydrocortisone and antihistamine doesn't seem to help. What is this?
