Have Dizziness On Moving Head. Hard To Walk Straight. Any Need To Worry?

I was in class tonight and noticed that everytime i shake my head, or even turn it to the right/left i would get very dizzy. it takes me a second to get reoriented when i face forward or hold still. Its hard to walk straight and look around, i have to stay focused on one thing and walk. other than vertigo , which im not too familiar with, could this be anythin of serious concern??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you are having vertigo.
There might be due to some problem in your ears or eyes.
You might be having refraction or error.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and bye.
