Hello,
There is nothing which can speed up the drying of blisters caused by chicken pox and shingles. These blisters get dried up of their own.
For itching on these blisters you can use lactocalamine lotion but hydrogen peroxide should never be used as it may aggravate the blisters more.
Blisters of chicken pox take a weeks time to get dried up while shingles blisters take more time to heal.
Since these are viral diseases, they become all right of their own.
Sometimes anti viral drugs may be used for early healing.
Thanks
