i'm wondering if I have stomach ulcers. I have bloated feeling and only have eaten a spoon full of soup. any food that i put in my mouth feels like paper very hard to swallow, has no taste i've lost wight in the last 30 days i've lost 21 lbs. I'm not dieting. i have stomach pain and very tired no enegry. no apptitie and nausated and small amount of spotting from my female organs. i'm 76 years and i was very health
It would appear there is more to just gastric ulcer given the information you have given and your age.
It is thus important to meet a doctor for detail physical examination including speculum examination of the cervix and for tests including vaginal swap for microscopy, H. pylori serology, digestive fibrsocopy, abdomino-pelvic ultrasound, visual inspection assays of the cervix etc.
