Have A Lump On The Tongue. No Medication Taken Till Now. What Can This Be?

Hi I had a white small lump right in the middle of the muscle that runs from your tongue to floor of mouth. (possibly 3 days, as it does not hurt not sure how long) I squeed it yesterday in case it was a stone the whiteness disappeared, then came back in the morning larger and more ulser shaped. It does not hurt, just worried its cancer.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The lump at the floor of the mouth could be due to a stone in the salivary duct, local infection or and abscess, gingivostomatitis, etc. A direct examination is mandatory to find out the exact cause.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
