Had Oral Cancer, Jaw Removed, Titanium Plate Planted, Drainage Under Shin. Prognosis?
My husband had oral cancer and had 2 of his jaw bone removed. A titanium plate was implanted and now he s having some drainage under his chin . His Dr said there s a chance this drainage could be from the Radiation , which he finished a week ago last Wednesday, or it could be that his body is rejecting the plate. Dr. said to wait 4 weeks to see what transpires. What is your prognosis?

Prognosis of the oral cancer will depand on the stage of cancer.as for drainage is concerned it can be due to incomplete removal.go for any left out tissue.go for chemotherapyvto remove cancer tissue left
