Have Raynaud's Disease. Hands And Feet Are Sensitive. What Can I Do To Be Comfortable?

I have been told I have Raynaud's disease. I cannot wear enough layers of clothes to keep warm. My hands and feet are exceptionally sensitive (especially at the base of fingernails). What can I do to be comfortable? The only way I am comfortable is lay down with a heating pad on my hands. I had a low level of Vit D this spring and had to take 50,000 IU per week. I also had 6-8 wks of diarrhea this past spring.
