Hello Dear.
Welcome here on Health Care Magic Dot Com.
I am very much concern of your problem.
I think I will certainly able to help you out of this condition.
In my view you got sprain of ankle, but fracture should not be ruled out without your X-Ray.
You must have ice sponged the painful part right away till pain subsided.
In this way you might have treated your injury 95 percent.
Now I suggest you to get X-Ray done and use anti-inflammatory analgesic with serrapeptidase.
You must give complete rest to your ankle till you swelling and pain subsides.
Good luck.
Thanks
