Hi thanks for writing here.Root rejuvenation therapy also known as mesotherapy ,is now a days preferd treatment for androgenetic alopecia .The solution used for it contains minoxidil which increases blood supply to hair roots,and biotin which is a hair vitamin,and other nutritional factors.It can be done either by injections or by dermarollers or by using a mesogun.Multiple sittings are required and it is usually free from side effects ,and it has excellent results ,so you can go for treatment .take care.

Injectable mesotherapy is being advised to you as root rejuvination therapy .Ill explain you in simple terminology .The concept is that if you have developed alopecia , that is the root has shed off , no therapy or treatment whether it is application of oils , medicines , laser therapy , non invasive electrophoresis mesotherapy or invasive mesotherapy with dermaroller or injections is going to benefit you in any ways .If there is no seed , no plant can grow .Similarly if you have roots any of the above mentioned treatments may be useful.This is going to be determined by your treating doctor or surgeon whether you still have the capacity to be benefited by the therapy .If you have active roots and open pores and are going to take any of the above therapies , it will help you retain exisiting hair and grow few hair out of dormant roots from which the hair follicles have shed off .This is going to give you temporary effect .If you have genetic hereditary androgenic alopecia history in family , and are developing that , you will have to be dependent on some form of medication of minoxidil application and oral finesteride tablets to retain your existing hair on your scalp.Till the time you will take those medicines you will retain hair .I hope I have given you some insight into the basics , Kindly post again in case you have any further queries .
