Had Unprotected Sex. Getting White Smelly Discharge, Sore, Itchy And Dry Vagina. What Are The Risks?
I had unprotected sex about 2weeks ago. Sortly after I noticed I was dry in the vaginal area. which I have Never experiences before. Now for the last week or so it has been very sore , and itchy and it burns when I you the rest room. I have a white smelly discharge now. I did notice I have a small brown like skin tag inside that is very painful. Please help I have no insurance.

It looks like vagintis as you had an unprotected sex.
Use vaginal wash to maintain the pH of vagina
Do not use soaps as they are alkaline
Keep antifungal and antibacterial vaginal pessary inside under doctor's prescription.
Or simply use nystatin cream and betadine vaginal pessaries.
Apply neosporin ointment
Brown tag seems like ruptured hymen or vaginal injury.
There is nothing to worry about that , just leave it like that and it will heal up on its own.
