What Does A Skin Tag With Black Dot,under The Armpit Indicate?

There is what seems to be a skin tag on my armpit that has a black dot on the end (that to ME looks like it s not part of the tag itself, so I thought it might have been a deer tick or something). Normally I wouldn t care, but it is usually fairly irrated

Hi,

As per your query you have skin tag with black dot, under the armpit which is very common and generally occur after midlife. They are believed to be the result of skin rubbing against skin, so found in skin creases and folds. They are usually harmless. So do not require any treatment. I would suggest you to consult plastic surgeon for proper evaluation of the condition. Doctor may remove ot surgically under local anesthesia.
