Had Unprotected Intercourse. Taken Ipill. Missed Period. Positive Pregnancy Test. How To Terminate Pregnancy?
Hi Doctor This is Sreelekha from Kolkata,on October 8th 2012 I had a unprotected intercourse with someone and on 9th within 8pm I had 1 I- pill ........but in October I missed my menstruation ,on 7th November I did a test at home and it showing +ve result Doctor next month I am going to marry please me out from this condition,I cant afford this mistake at this stage of my life. Please suggest me with some medicine for terminate this pregnency.

HI,Srileka ,first do ultrasound pelvis to confirm gestational age of your pregnancy.if it is less than 7wks you can under go medical tremination with pills .take these pills with consultation of your gynaecologist. because these drugs some time lead to incomplete abortion or continuation of pregnancy both lead to problem in your married life.so consult your gynaecologist.Take care.

You have taken Emergengy contraceptive pill within 72 hour of exposure,but as you missed period and urine test is positive .
Your case is failure of pill,so now you should visit a Gynaecologist and explain her your condition and see if it is possible with prescription drugs.
Otherwise you have to disscuss surgical (S&E) with Gynaecologist.
Please do not take medicine by yourself.
