Had meniscus repaired in knee. Had hit on knee. Having burning sensation and swollen knee. Could it be the arthritis?

I just had my muniscus repaired in my left knee in march. After I was released from surgeon two months later I played softball and fell on my knees. My left knee swelled just a little. Right know I m having a wet/burning sensation in it. Could I have injuried what was repaired or could it be the arthritis in it? Thx. Jana
