Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that the pain could be due to the urinary tract infection, stone in the ureter near the bladder. arthritis of the hip joint, or pelvic infection.
The internal examination would have disturbed the sciatica, tissues, or hip joint.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I, for confirmation.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
