Hi,

Cause wise sciatica and PCOS are not inter related. PCOS is due to problem in maturity of dormant ovums that collect in ovary and sciatica is due to nerve pressure on sciatic nerve fibers at spinal level or lower down. In case polycystic ovary of considerable size presses on nerve root of sciatic nerve at para-vertebral level. It can cause symptoms of sciatica. The exact cause would be found in MRI of lumbosacral region. (spinal level or down).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
