Had Car Accident. Shaking, Vomiting, Headache, Blurred Vision. Anything To Worry About?

I was in a car accident yesterday, had to go.to docs due to pain in my shoulder who said its probably whiplash and gave me painkillers, however today I ve been shaking, vomited, had a headache a majority of the day and can bareltt keep my eyes open to the point my vision is blurring I m that tired (even though I ve napped twice ans slept) just need to know if its anything I need to worry about, thank you

Thanks for asking your query here.

I feel that you need a see a Physician doctor, get a complete physical check and probably you would need CT Scan of your brain to rule out any internal injury.

In the meantime, please take pain-killers regularly prescribed by your doctor yesterday and try and take liquids .e.g water/juices etc.
