HIV Exposure. Have Swollen Glands, Diarrhea, Loose Stool, No Fever. Is This Related To Stress?

5 months ago I had a possible HIV exposure, I am very scared I might have contracted HIV but too scared to get tested. It happened on the night of December 17th 2012 when I met this girl online who I. Didn't know her sexual history or anything like that. We had sex which I used a condom but I did deep kissing with her and bit her nipples and she made her vagina touy mouth, I didn't see any vaginal fluids though.. this was during flu season but all the same a week or two after I had flu like symptoms, sore throat, I didn't have swolen glands but I did have mild to hot fever for around a week which freaks me out. I didn't have diarrhea but had loose stool. And to this day 5 months after I feel warm but no fever. Can all this be stress related?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
You had a protected sex with that girl. HIV transmission through oral sex and deep kissing is very low only.

Flu like symptoms during the Flu season especially, can occur to anybody. Your symptoms are not specific to HIV. The earliest manifestations in HIV can occur only after 3-4 weeks after the risky exposure.
So the chances of HIV infection is very remote.
It is better for you to have the HIV test and rule out HIV totally and relax yourself as the chances of HIV is negligible in your case.
