Getting Periods Cramps. Missing Periods. Have Hypothyroid And Had Surgery For Endometriosis. Pregnancy Test Negative. Concerned

Past few days i ve been having bad cramps thinking my period is about to start and no blood . I m on day 30 of cycle. I also have hypothyroid and had surgery for endometriosis . I threw up and called out of work thinking my period was starting. I usually get my period every 3 weeks. Please help because I m tired of suffering and I don t know what to do. I did a preg test today=neg. I have never had such bad cramps without blood before.

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion as pregnancy test is negative wait for a week for periods and in case you still don’t get them get a pelvic ultrasonography and bHCG level testing in blood, and then visit a gynecologist as soon as possible.
