Getting Headaches, Back Ache, Cramps, Missed Period. What It Could Be?

Lately ive been getting headaches very often and ive also been having to go number 2 more than usual. I thought maybe it was because i was supposed to get my period soon but ive had no other period symptoms. I usually get back aches, cramps and all that good stuff but nothing this time. Ive also just missed my period but i dont think i have any pregnancy symptoms . What could it be?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The mild symptoms that you are having could be related to pregnancy or due to the delayed periods caused by hormonal changes. It is best to get your urine tested for pregnancy.
