Hello,
I went through your complaints. The symptoms may not be alarming, but need investigations. Instead of worrying what may be the cause do the following:
1) CT brain and para nasal sinuses
2) Basic blood tests
3) An ophthalmologist's opinion
I think with above you can arrive at a diagnosis and take treatment accordingly.
Change your life style and habits as per Dr's advise
Best wishes
