Foul Smelling Clear Discharge In Sleep. Constipation, Then Diarrhea. Have IBS

Female 43 yrs. no children. I woke at 2am to a small pool of clear liquid (pink from blood excretion as well) that prior to looking, I beleive was dirreah that had come out in my sleep. THe smell was aweful, remdined me of nursing home. I jumped up, did have direah, no blood, no blood since, I was consitpated x 4 days, then runny stools x 2. Was diag. at age 20 with irritable bowel .

Yes these are symptoms of IBS and for this reason you need to treat these symptoms with a combination of:
changing in eating,nutrition and diet(you should stop using some milk products,foods high in fat,alcohol,caffeine)
medications(fiber supplements,laxatives;loperamide vary from the situation ,constipation or diarrhea)
probiotics
therapy for mental health
