Follicular Study Showed Endometrial Thickness, Free Fluid In POD. What Does This Indicate? Can I Conceive?

Follicular study done.Reports are
On 11 day
Right ovary
F1-18.7mm*14.9mm
F2-11.4mm*10.9mm
Endometrial thickness-5.0mm
Free fluid in POD-nil
Left ovary
F1-7.5mm*4.9mm
On 16 day
Right ovary
Follicular cyst of 34.1mm*32.7mm
Left ovary
same
Endometrial thickness-8.2mm
Free fluid in POD-minimal
This is normal to conceive or not?????

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M.. Forum.
The size of dominant follicle on the 11th day was hopeful ( 18.7 mm 14.9 mm) on the right ovary side. The endometrium thickness was below normal ( 5.0mm).
On the left side no need as mostly one dominate follicle mature for ovulation & that was on the right side.
But you did,t mention the report card of 14th ( 15 th ) day ( ovulation day supposed to be).
On the 16th days there was a cyst so no chance of any conception in this month.
In my opinion consult another gynecologist and get his opinion ( 2nd).
