Fluttering Feeling In The Lower Abdomen, Nausea, Lightheadedness. Pregnant?

Hello, I m a 21 year old female, and for the past couple months I have had fluttering feelings in my lower abdomen , severe nausea , lightheadedness , and not too sure what to do. Been told that a few women in my family have gone months not knowing they were pregnant and with my last pregnancy I did not know until I was four to five months along. Could I be pregnant and just not know?

Hi,
If you have had regular 28-30 day menstrual cycles and do not have a period as due, you should be knowing that. Unless you continue to menstruate throughout ( as happens in some cases especially when there is a bicornuate uterus) it is impossible to know when you are pregnant. You should be knowing your last menstrual period and you can get checked by a gynecologist and have a sonogram to evaluate the situation. Take care.
