Fever, Weakness, Muscles Ache, Headache, No Appetite, Joints Ache. Negative For Lyme Disease. Viral Infection?

Hi, I have been sick with flu like symptoms for the past 22 days. My symptoms include fever, weak, muscles ache,
headache , no appetite, and joints ache.
I went to see my doctor on July 20th, he thought I might have Lyme disease so he took my blood for further testing. On July 24th, the blood came back negative for Lyme disease so he now thinks I have some form of viral infection.

I'm concerned on what to do next, please help.

Thank you and regards,
Samuel Lee

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be enteric fever, chikangunya, a viral fever, or may be the urinary tract infection, eosinophilia, etc. You may have to be tested for these fevers.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such fever prescribe cifixime , paracetamol, till the reports are received. Thank you.
