Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

As all reports are normal, this fever may be viral and gradually it will be alright.

You can give medicine for fever as and when require.

Give plenty of water and light diet.

Take complete rest.

if there is no improvement within 3-4 days you consult your doctor for further evaluation.

Ok and bye.
