I went through your problem description. I suggest you not to worry too much. You might be right. The stress
you experienced must be culprit. But you should realize that it was before 3 weeks. Hope you had enough rest after that. Stress requires proper rest and some vacation.
Stress makes the body tired. Body is kept tired for some days and it is habit forming. Once such habit is formed,. it could be a bit tough to come out of it. Energy is what is needed here. And of course the compulsion of the life. Feeling sleepy is normal when we are bored, tired, stressed etc, but everyone cannot sleep due to these reasons because there are life in front of them.
