Hello and welcome to HCM,
Hello and welcome to HCM,

Unprotected sex and taking pills are not associated with constipation.
A lump felt in the abdomen need to be investigated by imaging studies.
An ultrasound of upper abdomen is required to look for any lump or any other abnormality in the abdomen.
Constipation can be managed by dietary changes like drinking plenty of water, taking plenty of fibers in diet, and avoiding refined foods.
Stool softeners can be taken which will prevent straining while defecation.

Thanks and take care

Hi ! Considering the lump in your stomach and also the irregular period, I would suggest you to get yourself physically examined by your family physician/surgeon who may also advise you for an ultrasound abdomen if need be. It may not be possible to opine on your condition through this virtual discussion at present. Wishing you an early recovery.
