Experiencing Bloating Of Stomach,diarrhea And Delay In Periods

I'm a virgin . Four days before ovulation I had jelly like discharge with blood in it; the next day I had only a streak of blood when I wiped. My period was suppose to come on 3 days ago. Last night I had bloating and a gassy like feeling on my stomach , and my stomach felt hard . I woke up around 6 AM vomiting everywhere, also followed by diarrhea . I'm 3 days late on my period . Any explanation ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

,Your symptoms are due to hot flashes which occurs during Premenstrual & menstrual phases, due to the hormonal changes during the cycle. I advise you:
* To do YOGA
* Have salt restricted diet
* Avoid caffeine and alcohol
* Even after periods of you get hot flashes, check your TFT (thyroid function test)
* You can wait for week to get your periods

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
