Exercising, Nausea, Dizziness, Numbness, Prickling In Hands. Lack Of Blood Sugar?

Hi After an intense session on the exercycle today, i was feeling sick, i then had dizziness and my eyes blacked out. I also got this really weird pins and needles in my arms and hands. My hand were clenched and i physically couldn t open them. Is this due to lack of blood sugar . Also i am an athlete and train everyday so im used to this sort of stress on my body.

Hello,
Thanks for writing your query to us.
Avoid doing such type of over exertion again. The symptoms you had mentioned can be due to over sweating giving rise to dehydration. Drink plenty of water & oral fluids. If you get such type of symptoms which are relieved after eating something than it could be due to lack of sugar.
Take care.
