Dull Uncomfortable Pain In Upper Right Side. Had Surgery For Appendix, No Gall Bladder. Anything To Worry?

im concerned im having something wrong with my liver. i have a dull uncomfortable pain on my upper right side. i have no gallbladder and just had surgery for appendix to be taken out and ovarian cysts. i am at work and cant make it to the dr. until sunday is this urgent to where i need to go to the ER because thats a absolute last resort until sunday?

The pain described may just be external muscular pain or internal visceral pain,though the chances of it being the later is higher.Pain in this region can arise from part of the stomach,small intestine, large intestine liver ,gall bladder and sometimes the kidneys.If you are feeling severely disabled by it and cannot cantact doctor immediately an USG abdomen,if feasible may be helpful to rule out the urgent causes.
