hello, i have recently got a new partner who had small white dots around the tip of his penis , he had been to the doctor who said it was nothing and they would go. we have sex regularly and i have just finished a course of cystitis relief. however we both became sore a couple of days ago and he has developed cracking, red dots, and tightening of skin. i have developed dry and cracking skin around the enterance of the vagina , it is sore and itchy. what could it be?

It seems that you both partners might have yeast infection super added with bacterial infection.
Both partners should take treatment,
1, apply triple acting cream locally,
2, go for one antibiotic medicine course,
3, if require go for oral anti-fungal treatment.
4, Keep local parts clean, dry and airy.
